CHANGE.
Many people are scared of this word. When you tell someone to change their attitude, personality, or even how they look, the first word that will come out their mouths would be… WHY?!? Then more questions would follow just because of that one word. CHANGE.
Why is it really hard for people to change? Maybe because they have already built their comfort zone and they don't want to be moved away from it… But come to think of it, the only thing constant in this world is CHANGE. Eventually we will go through a lot of changes. For example, the way we think during our high school days would be different when we step to college. A lot of things will change when we face another chapter of our lives. Some would be drastic, some would be left unnoticed until complete change is achieved.
But what exactly do you mean by change?
Looking at Dictionary.com there are a lot of definitions regarding "change". Here are some:
- To become different
- A transformation or modification; alteration
- The passing from one place, state, form, or phase to another
For the past few days I've been facing a lot of CHANGES in my life: mentally, emotionally and physically. Physically? Here is a list of the things that I realized while walking along Taft Avenue. Indeed a lot has changed but not everything. You can look at one of my blogs in Xanga four years ago to compare who I am before and who I am now. :P Enjoy!
